General Questions
What is your piercing process like?
We start our process with a one-on-one consultation with each customer to help us understand your specific needs. Next, our team will guide you through a bespoke jewelry consultation to help you find the perfect pieces! You’ll get to see our cleanliness practices first-hand as we walk you through our preparation, piercing and aftercare procedures.
Finally, we’ll give you aftercare instructions, offer you aftercare products and book a follow-up appointment for your downsize if necessary!
What is the age requirement for piercings?
Texas requires all individuals to be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Legal guardians need to bring a valid state or federal photo ID as well as documentation proving guardianship. Example: a driver’s license along with a copy of a birth certificate.
In order to respect the well-being of our clients, we do have some age restrictions on certain piercings based on our decades of experience as well as advice from healthcare professionals. If you have any questions about piercing age requirements, please contact us.
Do you offer piercing jewelry in different styles and materials?
All of our piercings are done with high-quality, hypoallergenic metals. We offer surgical steel, implant grade titanium and 14K gold.
When can I change my piercing jewelry?
In most cases, you can change your jewelry 4 to 6 weeks after your piercing. For nostril and cartilage piercings, you should wait 6 months before changing jewelry.
